ELORO MARK FORM AND MANNER SPECIFICATIONS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

You may use the Eloro mark in printed materials, online or other media so long as you abide by the following form and manner specifications, terms and conditions.

Integrity:

You may not change any design elements, including style of lettering, or style or proportions of letters and design, shown in the Eloro mark.

Minimum size:

In printed materials, the Eloro mark should be no less than 1.2 centimeters high and 6.2 centimeters wide. For electronic use (web, presentations etc.), the Eloro mark should be no less than 34 pixels high and 176 pixels wide. The aspect ratio, exact measurements and proportions of the elements of the Eloro mark should always be maintained.

Minimum clearance:

A minimum clearance of 1.2 centimeters or 34 pixels (on all sides) must be maintained between the Eloro mark and other elements such as logos, marks, or text.

Color specifications:

There are only three acceptable styles of the Eloro mark:

1. In electronic material, you must use the coloured versions made available to you in our media kit. The coloured versions must be composed of the following RGB values:
 

2. In printed materials, you must use the coloured versions made available to you in our media kit unless you are using one-colour applications. The coloured versions must be composed of the following CMYK values:

Although CMYK values for black have been provided, commercial printers should adjust them according to press and inks used in order to achieve true black.

3. In one-colour applications such as fax and photocopy, you must use the greyscale versions made available to you in our media kit.

Placement and treatment:

The logo should never appear larger and/or more prominent than the trademark, logo, corporate name, or trade name for which the materials are produced or distributed by you.

The logo should never be contained within a box, circle, or other shape.

The logo should always be used in a positive manner and should never be used in a manner that would disparage Eloro Resources Ltd.

In addition to these conditions, if the logo is used online:

It should not be animated in any way, except as otherwise agreed by Eloro Resources Ltd.;

It should have an active link to the following URL: http://www.elororesources.com, and should link to the “home page” only.

Although not required, we would appreciate knowing where and for what purpose you are using the Eloro mark. Please contact us by email or phone.

Eloro Resources Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to unilaterally modify these specifications at any time. Eloro Resources Ltd. reserves the right to immediately revoke the right to use the Eloro mark, or take any other appropriate action against any use that does not conform to these specifications or any future specifications.
