Toronto, Canada October 18, 2004 - Eloro Resources Ltd. (ELO.H: NEX) (the "Company" or "Eloro") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a letter of intent dated October 18, 2004 (the "Letter Agreement") with Steve Anderson and Don Mc Holdings Ltd. (collectively , the "Vendors"), pursuant to which Eloro has agreed to acquire (the "Acquisition") precious and base metal mining projects (collectively , the "Projects") located within the Timmins and Kirkland Lake mining camps located in Northern Ontario.
