| ELORO SIGNS DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT ON MINERAL PROPERTIES - COMMENCES DRILL PROGRAM |
Toronto, Canada: December 21, 2004 - Eloro Resources Ltd. (ELO.H: NEX) (the "Company" or "Eloro") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a formal agreement on December 17, 2004 (the "Formal Agreement") with 2060014 Ontario Inc. and Don Mc Holdings Ltd. (collectively, the "Vendors"), pursuant to which Eloro has agreed to acquire (the "Acquisition") precious and base metal mining projects (collectively, the "Projects") located within the Timmins and Kirkland Lake mining camps located in Northern Ontario. The Acquisition was previously announced by the Corporation on October 18, 2004.
