Toronto, Canada: December 7, 2006 – Eloro Resources Ltd. (ELO: TSX Venture Exchange) (the “Company” or “Eloro”) is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") with MineralFields Group of 1,538,460 Flow-Through Units (the "Flow-Through Units") at a price of 65 cents per Unit, for gross proceeds to the Company of $1,000,000.
