QUEBEC & ONTARIO PROPERTY HOLDINGS

Eloro has compiled a portfolio of precious, base metal and uranium projects in the James Bay area of northern Quebec. Explorers in the region include Goldcorp Inc. and Virginia Mines Inc. Together with Eloro’s current portfolio of precious and base metal properties in the prolific Timmins and Kirkland Lake mining camps of Ontario, these projects provide the company with an extensive land package at various stages of exploration and development.

Eloro is currently evaluating and prioritizing the Corporation’s holdings in the Timmins and Kirkland Lake area. The Company is investigating strategic alliances or the sale of some of its gold prospects in both the Timmins and Kirkland Lake mining camps. Eloro completed a preliminary exploratory program at its Hurdman Zinc-Silver project, confirming the presence of near surface zinc and silver mineralization. More details...

Compilation work is currently underway on all of Eloro’s recent property acquisitions in Quebec. Preliminary results from the compilation work done to date on the Summit- Gabbre property were released on July 7, 2005.
