Eloro has an option to acquire a 50 percent interest in the Simkar Gold Project, a former gold producer located near Val d’Or, Quebec. Eloro has also compiled a portfolio of precious and base metal projects in the James Bay area of northern Quebec. Explorers in the region include Goldcorp Inc. and Virginia Mines Inc. Together with Eloro’s wholly-owned Hurdman Zinc Silver Project in northern Ontario, these projects provide the company with an extensive land package at various stages of exploration and development.

Eloro completed various phases in its exploratory program at the Hurdman Zinc-Silver project, confirming the presence of near surface zinc and silver mineralization. On August 17th 2009, Eloro and Megastar Development Corporation announced the signing of a definitive agreement for a $4 million joint venture on Megastar's wholly-owned Simkar Gold Project (the "Project"), located approximately 20 km east of Val-d'Or (Quebec).
