James Bay Uranium Properties

Property Name: Maguy
Property Owner: Eloro Resources (100%)
Size of Property: 5 claims – 259.62 Ha
SNRC: 33C14 - UTM 357727E 5868881N - NAD 83 Zone 18
Discovery year: 1975
Localization reference: Radiometric geophysical anomaly

Geology: Host rocks are migmatites and pegmatites. The immediate geological surrounding is composed of a migmatitic contact between the white quartz-feldspar and the quartz-biotite and obvious intrusions of pink pegmatitic granite. The active zone is extensive and the uranium visible as yellow products is found mostly in certain levels of white quartz-feldspar. The abundance of yellow products in some zones and the apparent low radioactivity allows the supposition that part of the uranium present is of recent origin. The low content, erratic character and significant sudden variations of the U/TH ratio gives this occurrence a marginal interest.

Host Rocks: Granitic Pegmatites

Ore Genesis: The mineralization could be related to two phases: one is magmatic associated with pegmatites and the other with migmatites. The metamorphism and/or supergene alteration could have remobilized the uranium in the contact zone. Typology: Pegmatitic

Mineralization: The uranium-bearing minerals and thorianite mineralization are disseminated.

Historical sampling: 0.44% U3O8, 0.018 % ThO2 (grab sample)

Property Name: Gaval
Property Owner: Eloro Resources (100%)
SNRC: 33F10 – 397919 E 5942550 N – Nad 83, Zone 18
Size of Property: 4 claims – 204.46 Ha
Discovery year: 1972

Localization reference: The prospect is located on either side of the Sakami river, about 9 km south-east of its mouth with La Grande River. The mentioned coordinates refer to the center position of the radioactive anomalous zone.

Geology: The occurrence is composed of cataclastic granitic rocks (accumulation of erratic blocks and rocks in place). The rock is crystalline and of a brecciated appearance. Blocks are buried in gray clay and are of granodioritic composition.

Host Rocks: Granitic rocks

Ore Genesis: Late uraniferous mineralization. Remobilization and concentration of uraniferous products in fractures. The source of the mineralization is probably granitic archean crystalline rocks.

Mineralization: The mineralization, composed of yellow products visible to the naked eye, is associated with hematite coating along the fractures. It is disseminated and consists of a uranium-bearing mineral, hematite and ilmenite. The rock formations display an altered aspect and are hematized. The mineralized rocks are found near the discordance with the Sakami sandstones. The mineralization is mainly in fractures.

Historical sampling: Drill holes (GM 37020): G-77-8: 435 ppm U and 88 ppm Th over 1.5 m. Average grades inferior to 200 ppm U.

Property Name: Meech
Property Owner: Eloro Resources (100%)
SNRC: 33F08 – 429327 E 5926031 N – Nad 83, Zone 18
Size of Property: 8 claims – 410.25 Ha
Discovery year: 1975

Localization reference: The occurrence is located between the Sakami and Meechishgosheesh rivers. The mentioned coordinates refer to the position of the mineralized outcrop.

Geology: The mineralization is found in quartz-feldspar layer located near biotite gneisses.

Host Rocks: It appears to be uranium-bearing quartzite.

Ore Genesis: The uranium-thorium association allows us to attribute this mineralization to a magmatic origin. Hydrothermal solutions would have migrated into porous levels through certain tectonic conduits (joints, fissures).

Mineralization: The mineralization is disseminated and consists of a uranium- bearing mineral and thorianite.

Historical sampling: Grab samples #586F : 0.055% U3O8 (467 ppm U) and 0.011% ThO2 (96.8 ppm Th); #586H : 0.008% U3O8 (68 ppm U) and 0.002% ThO2 (17.6 ppm Th).

Property Name: Zone 99
Property Owner: Eloro Resources (100%)
SNRC: 33F13 – 308351 E 5965107 N – Nad 83, Zone 18
Size of Property: 8 claims – 407.48 Ha
Discovery year: 1975

Localization reference: The mineralized outcrop (GM 34174) is located 5.5 km north of the La Grande River on a mountain which reaches elevations of 180 m.

Geology: Two samples taken from a massive pink quartz-monzonite outcrop show a significant enrichment in thorium compared to the uranium as well as a strong content of cerium, lanthanum and zirconium.

Host Rocks: quartz-bearing monzonite

Ore Genesis: Insufficient data.

Mineralization: The radioactivity is associated with the following refractory minerals: sphene, allanite and magnetite. These minerals seem to have developed in the fractured zones trending WNW parallel to the main faults and to the major shear zone. Locally, the sphene content reaches 2 to 3%. The rock is thus more porous because of the metamict effect and seems more brittle while the color turns to a faded pink. The mineralization is in fracture zones trending WNW parallel to the main faults and to the major shear zone.

Historical sampling: Grades, samples (GM 34174): 273-A: 0,115% ThO2, 0.011% U3O8, 0.19% Ce and 0.077% La; ARC-1: 0.14% Zn and 0.1% Ce.
