Toronto, Canada, September 4, 2015 – Eloro Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ELO; FSE: P2Q) (“Eloro” or the “Corporation”) is pleased to announce it has completed a previously announced non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) of 1,250,000 units of Eloro at a price of $0.12 per unit (“Units”) for proceeds of $150,000.
Each Unit consists of one Common Share and one half of one Common Share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each whole Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Common Share at a price of $0.24 per share for a term of 24 months, expiring September 3, 2017.
The proceeds of the Private Placement will be used for working capital purposes and to finance exploration efforts on Eloro’s optioned La Victoria Property in Peru. The Private Placement is subject to final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. Certain officers and a director of the Corporation participated in the Private Placement. All securities issued pursuant to the Private Placement are subject to the applicable statutory four month hold period.
